Hello! My name is Julian Bejan and I am President of Art of Byte Ltd.
It really does not matter what my name is or what I do in the Company.
What is of interest to you is how Art of Byte is assisting (or can assist) your Company, Employees and, in the end, your bottom line.
Trained as a Mechanical Engineer in Bucharest, Romania with a major in Automotive Engineering - Chassis and always dedicated to Design, I had the great opportunity to start working in North America for Bauer, now a Division of Nike. As a contractor or direct I have also supported Design and Manufacturing at Pratt & Whitney Canada, Technologie NovImage and Black and Decker.
In 2002 I had the opportunity to link all my passions: teaching, design, automotive and Catia when Dassault Systems required Metrica - then newly founded - to provide Catia V4 and V5 training at their customers. This is when I really discovered the enormous potential my colleagues have as a team, when I saw how a simple question and an appropriate answer can trigger a new project and a long term solution, when I confirmed that the power of a Company resides in its people. It was at this time when I decided that everything that I know in Catia and in Design must and should be shared, without restrictions.
As a result, at Art of Byte, we are totally dedicated to Customer Support. It is important for our Customers to gain and to maintain the competitive advantage of knowledge engineering, of the power of 3D design and of innovation, of the Total Product Development and fast time to market, of efficient employees, all this and more with the limited resources they have; and, should they require, we also provide temporary placement of our resources for that “big push” or simply for day-to-day operations.
We have invested in state-of-the-art Engineering software - Catia V5 - and we use it as a powerful tool to design, experiment, simulate and prepare for manufacturing the projects that our Customers are working on. Of course, we also share the knowledge we acquired with Catia through training: our instructors - Catia Certified Professionals - are required to provide all the knowledge they have in Catia, while applying their practical experiences in Design and Manufacturing to the benefit of the class. Because, with Art of Byte, the time you spend in a class is not only a week away from the office, but also fun and challenging, a week when we stimulate creativity and innovative thinking, a time when our students think of their challenges at work and link it all together with Catia.
