| April 2004 | Metrica is incorporated as Art of Byte Enterprises Ltd. All assets are transferred to the new entity. |
| August 2004 | Art of Byte starts providing Catia V5 training in Windsor on behalf of Dassault Systemes VAR (Value Added Reseller). |
| December 2005 | The first investment in Catia V5 Software allows Art of Byte to provide Consulting and Design Services directly to Customers. |
| February 2006 | Art of Byte introduces “My Instructor” - a specially designed training class for individuals requiring full attention of the instructor. After just two weeks, the first trainee is hired at Boeing in Seattle. |
